Only a few yards from the hotel “Le Monal” with views over Mont Pourri, “L’Epicerie” is a 19th century building totally renovated in Ste. Foy village.  Offered for rent are two spacious apartments and a studio  “La Suite” decorated in Savoyard style and incorporating all modern comforts.  Guests staying in the “Epicerie” may also benefit from the services of the hotel with the possibility of half-board.

Holiday breaks are for one week, Saturday to Saturday, or for other periods upon request subject to availability.

Location – Sainte Foy Village (Savoy – Tarentaise) is 6 km from the ski resort of Ste. Foy (free shuttle bus), Tignes (13 km to Les Brevières), Val d’Isère (17 km),  Les Arcs (2 km via Villaroger),  La Rosières (15 km).

Bourg St. Maurice train and bus station is 12 km (regular services – enquiries (04 79 07 04 49).
The bus stop is 20 yds from the “Epicerie”.

Spacious 70 sq m apartment, 3 double bedrooms and a kitchen/living/dining room.
Each bedroom is equipped with a TV, private bathroom with toilet (2 with baths, one with shower).
All linen, towels, duvets, sheets are provided.  The living room has a fourth TV.
The integral kitchen is equipped for six people with table and chairs, oven and microwave, fridge and crockery.
The living/dining/kitchen area is one room open plan.
Balconies and a magnificent mountain view are included!
Cleaning at the end of your stay is also included.

Beds are made at the arrival. (sofa bed is made on request only)

There is the possibility of B&B, half or full board at the Hotel Monal.

Animals are welcome.
