The kitchen of the Monal is at the heart and soul of French Cuisine and is noted for its desire for perfection.  Here we insist on the quality of our selected produce combined with a desire to up-date our à-la carte menus on a regular and seasonal basis.

The Monal invites you to enjoy the first floor restaurant with panoramic views and an open fireplace where you can allow yourself to be seduced by its refined charm.  At the table you can discover traditional and seasonal gourmet menus.  The restaurant is open every day for lunch and dinner until 10 pm.

You will be tempted by our house specialities amongst which you will find :

  • Duck and pistachio terrine with lentils

  • Home smoked salmon
  • Duck stuffed with local cepes  mushrooms

For your special occasions (weddings, banquets, corporate dinners etc ) we offer a choice of different menus and prices.  We can accommodate up to 80 guests.

For groups we have formed a partnership with local guides to create tours which can be rounded off with a welcoming and convivial evening discovering the rich local gastronomic charms.
